Sky Dance is an engaging and effective way to move on the floor that is easily adjustable to your needs and abilities.
Susan McCulley has been teaching whole-body, mindful movement since 2000. Inspired by her own foot injury, she created Sky Dance a non-weight bearing floor movement experience that wakes up the whole body in a fun, varied, expressive way.
This series includes:
Three 45-minute Whole Body Movement Experiences like nothing you’ve ever done on the floor: full of variety, challenge and healing for bones, muscles, core and body~mind
Each movement experience moves all of you with emphasis on legs, core & upper body
All movements are adjustable depending on your body and your injury & health conditions so you can keep your body healing, strong and healthy
